An introduction to mountain bike riding, this book is compiled of the lessons I have taught the most. The tips that have stuck the most and have helped hundreds of riders build skill, and confidence. When someone is more confident they ride with less fear and more certainty which allows a rider to enjoy their time on bike a lot more. My main goal is to give riders the confidence and knowledge to enjoy bike riding like I do, and provide a physical recreational outlet, to accomplish more than they imagined they could, and have a sense of fullfilment and self worth.
