Day1: AM 8:45-12:15 Position and Balance Bike Body Separation Effective Braking Shifting and Cadence Basic Wheel Lifts Intro to Switchbacks Climbing Intro to Steep Descents Intro to Skinnies Safe Dismounts Re-starting in the middle of a climb Mind Skills PM 1-4 Jumping 101 Intro to Manuals Bump Jumps Bunnyhops Day 2: AM 8:45-12:15 High Speed Cornering PM 1-4 Wall Stalls Track Stands Ratchet Pedaling Rock Dodge Drops Pedal Assisted Wheel Lifts Option to cut some of the lessons to gain trail time. Negotiated by riders before or during day 1 training. (The idea is all of these lessons can be done close to home base, then you can go trail ride on your own time and apply your new skills. But I am happy to include some trail time if desired by group.) This is a two day event from 8:30AM-4PM both Friday the 19th and Saturday the 20th. (April) Location is the Eagle Bike Park Meeting in the roller hockey area. 2nd entrance, by the skatepark/ bathrooms. Everyone will get personalized feedback. You will have plenty of homework and an idea of how to progress AFTER the clinic is over. You will be able to email me for continued online coaching at no extra charge.
